Jeff Neilan

Jeff joined Concept Paving in 2022. He has an extensive sales background within the industry and has become a trusted advisor to his clients over the years. His strengths include client development, pavement analysis and responsiveness to meet project deadlines.

He resides in Huntington Beach and is a lifelong Yankees fan. When he's not working Jeff is spending time at the ball field with his son, Lincoln, or playing golf all around Southern California.
