Born in Anaheim and currently residing in Ladera Ranch, Kevin Villar brings over 11 years of industry expertise to our team. With 6 years specifically dedicated to Concept Paving, he has ascended to a pivotal leadership position within our company. Renowned for his unwavering dedication and versatility, he eagerly embraces diverse challenges—from machine repairs and operational tasks in the office to hands-on support at job sites alongside our crews.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys weekends at the movie theater and thrilling rides on his Harley-Davidson, exploring the scenic coastal roads of PCH and canyons of Southern California.
